You’ll play a crucial role in our operations as you ensure that the entire facility is spotless at all times.

Thanks to your meticulous attention to detail, Pangea will become Canada’s first pod hotel with a stellar reputation that its guests will rave about.

You, as Housekeeper, will be someone who takes great pleasure in their work and refuses to rest until every detail has been attended to.

You’ll work quickly and thoroughly, leaving our pods clean every time, and you’ll be physically fit and highly driven to constantly lift, bend, and stand during your shift.

If we want our pods to look like they’ve never been used, you’ll have to be the “ninja” of the pod world and move with the agility, subtlety, and deliberate precision of a sneaky ninja.

Most importantly, you will believe in our plan for Pangea’s success and work to make it a reality through your suggestions, innovations, and fixes.

Concerning Pangea and Our Prime Whistler Address

Our moniker serves as a clue to our core values.

Working at Pangea is like being at the epicenter of a worldwide network of adventurers.

It’s a place where individuals from all corners of the globe and all walks of life come together to have a good time.

Our mission is to serve as Whistler’s social hub, where visitors from all walks of life may come together over a cup of coffee, a local brew, or a cocktail to chat, share travel tales, and learn from one another.

CORPORATE LIFE AT PANGEA

Our hotel is everything but standard; in fact, it’s quite remarkable, so why should our workplace be?

Our staff members are not only expected to work hard, but also to enjoy themselves, socialize with guests, and get the most out of each day at the hotel.

We hope they will welcome the opportunities presented to them and find fulfillment in their successes.

We urge our employees to take the initiative, think outside the box, and question established practices if they notice a way Pangea could improve its performance and get closer to its goals more quickly.

They should be self-starters, hard workers, and team players.

In exchange, we can provide you the chance to advance your career at one of Canada’s most innovative hotel developments.

To top it all off, you must be willing to take on any housekeeping-related tasks that may be assigned to you and have the ability to bend, lift, and operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently.

This is what we have to offer

  • Top-tier pay, beginning at $25/hour
  • Continuation of medical and dental coverage after the introductory period
  • Submission of an LMIA and Prospective PR Sponsorship (for those who need it)
  • An annual ski pass (for those staying through the winter season)
  • Alpine apartments for the staff
  • Scheduling flexibility (since you deserve some time off to enjoy Whistler, too)
  • Unlike any other office setting
  • You’ll have plenty of opportunities for advancement within the organization.

Requirements

  • Experience in this field is preferred but not required
  • Requires physical stamina and the potential to lift up to 10 kilograms
  • Requires meticulous attention to detail.
